I thought Heather was great for info, when I could get ahold if her. Initially she was great, but then as time went on, she was very hard to get ahold of. I usually ended up calling Lucas more. He was great, as well. Very patient with me!

I was able to get a refinance a property through American mortgage. While the end result was positive, the process was VERY tedious and several times I thought to withdraw my application as it seemed I was unable to satisfy the underwriters....

I feel like I was being pushed to refinance additonal funds I didn’t need at a poor interest rate. It was also confusing as I wasn’t given very clear information.
