Communication on the timeliness of the closing was either not related upfront or they just got slammed . The time from application to closing was way too long than what I anticipate 2.5 months

I would highly recommend working with Jaime. He was very knowledgable and always available to answer any questions we had.
The whole experience in general was terrible. It took 5 and 1/2 months to do a refinance. The only time anything happened is when I got a manager involved. Definitely learn my lesson I would never use you guys again.
