I don’t think it was Deborah’s fault but I didn’t have good experience with the whole process. Deborah was very helpful but there were things not under her control.

With the exception of an old, expired lean that was never removed from my property title, the entire process went very smoothly. The pricing was excellent and the closing was very convenient.

Whenever we had questions, Patrick was always helpful in answering them and/or explaining questionable papers that were needed for our refinance. It was complicated for us to do this online but he patiently walked us through it.
