Better communication. I was left in the dark for days at a time. A simple email update would have been nice. At one point, my loan processor was changed and I didn't find out for at least 5 days. That's insane. Also, not requesting new documents...

Called after we’d ran our credit elsewhere for a mortgage, tried to take advantage of my wife to run another inquiry and send a link of “see our rate”. There is no reason to give any trust or time of day to a company with such sleazy tactics....

My questions were answered as I was very cautious about doing the loan.
Chelsea took the time (and it took some time) to make sure I was comfortable and all questions answered before I was ready to move forward with the loan.
