Great service
There was very little communication by staff. I was asked numerous times for documents that had already been submitted.
Conner assured me I was free to shop rates which I did. All he asked was that I give him the chance to meet or beat the lowest rate I find and he did! Pretty awesome.
I am a returning customer and Ramme just did my process with the same professional driver as he did the first one. Based on my rates, most probably i would not refinance again but if that happens, i would definitely call him again.
