Arianna was always helpful and kind. It was a bit rocky with Amerisave as a whole, because of some technical difficulties that i wasnt made aware of, but they were helpful and understanding all throughout.

It was hard to do everything over the computer. Keeping up with all the emails and having to log in and co.pmete different tasks in a timely manner was difficult when we both work full time.

there were a number of communications (calls and voicemails) that went un adressed. Texts were always responded to and Jay did tell me that was the best way to comunicate. though sometimes it took a few days for the text to be responded to.
