There was no communication. I would text and ask. The instructions were not clear. This was very frustrating. I was supposed to have a rate of 3.8% and ended up with a 4.8%. I was told I can get FHA - then my loan was changed without my knowledge...

Taylre was somewhat helpful but overall our experience after she handed us off was the worst experience we’ve ever had and we have purchased several homes. Amerisave needs to reconsider the training they offer their people.

Great communication with Mr. Farr. The process was flawless and we closed very quickly. No need for addition documents after what was originally requested. The portal gave me real time updates.
