We were able to apply and submit all of our documentation completely online without any problem. The website was easy to navigate and our loan officer kept us informed through email and text. It took exactly one month from beginning the application...

Many errors on loan application and disclosures not caught by lending team. Never was able to reach Isaiah. Paperwork was not present at closing, which was very upsetting.

Communication could have and should have been better. At times it took days took get a response and sometimes I never got one at all. Very frustrating when the same documents were sent multiple times. Even paying off a small line of credit...

It took from March till August to finish the loan. Always needed another piece of paper to move on. Sent paperwork then had to send it again.Very unhappy with the process. Not your fault Michelle.Your process was great. Getting there not so...

I dealt with four different contacts. My original contact got my name wrong and took forever to correct it. I still had to sign paperwork for closing stating that I go by “another name.” They also asked for all my paperwork like six times in...
