Better communication overall, was ignored before vacation and had a very unpleasant experience with the notary that was setup. No one really told me anything till it happened or alrdy in process. Only reason i know is cause of a past refinance....

Explanation of what was going on with our loan process. We don't know if it was just the programming or agent. Terrible updates, needed to enter items needed to close loan multiple times.
