Curtis Ferguson was often unresponsive after I called and left messages or emailed. The whole process took way too long in my opinion. I believe part of the delay was a lapsed FHA license (?) That had to be renewed. This caused a second appraisal...

The process was quick and when any issues arose they were quickly resolved. Mortgage loan officer and processor were wonderful!

Curtis did a great job getting me through the refinance process. From the first phone call with a lot of questions to my final signing Curtis was helpful, prompt and very pleasant to work with.

I didn't think it should have taken almost 2 months to get the loan closed.i was told it was approved and then told it was in pending approval several times and then finally told it was approved.
