As a first time Home Buyer, I was not aware of the process of purchasing a home! Ken and Tony (my Realtor) made the process less nerve racking for me! Things went much smoother and faster than I imagined it would be!
Every time I had a question it was answered fast. If I called and left message I would receive a phone call back within 24 hours.
It's reassuring that I know I will be able to reach my mortgage representatives when I need them and I always have a backup person to call.
