Patty and her team offer Great Communication and Follow Up. Never leaves you wondering or guessing as to things They take the pressure of buying a house off of your back as they have your back!

The transparency, guidance, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and user friendly mobile app made this such a smooth process for my husband and I. Thank you to everyone at Thrive, but especially Patty Newby.
