The experience was great. Towards the end was a bit stumble but Zach and his team made it happen. Communication is key.. some questions took some time to be answered but it got answered. Overall Thrive did a wonderful job.

Staff members who communicated. I was sent things to sign with no knowledge of what they were or the effect of signing. I had to reach out every time to ask what I was signing and if the numbers were the final numbers or not. I had no guidance....
