Tod was incredibly communicative and his follow up was fantastic. As the sellers agent, I appreciated the weekly calls, even when there was nothing new to report. Tod made sure he called me every week with an update.

Tod worked to find the best option for us to get a bridge loan so we could buy the house we love while still having time to sell our existing house. He communicated throughout the process and we closed on time.
