Didn't really ever speak to anyone aside from emails received when LSU came and at the end when disclosures were sent. Would have like to know when appraisal was ordered and when CD's were sent out for signatures since it wasn't applicable...

Hi Norma,We communicated throughout the entire transaction and emailed when the appraisal was ordered and report was received. We closed this buyer's loan early as we moved up COE date and we issued LSU's every Friday. It was very nice working...

Tod is a great communicator, so you always know where you are in the process and what needs to be done to move forward. Made great recommendation on locking in rates as well.
