Appreciate the flexible in dealing with everybody in the family. Nancy's explanations are always very thorough yet understandable, and Nancy always had an answer to our questions.

Nancy was decent, she wasn't the problem. The overall experience with New American Funding, however, was horrible and it seemed to mostly be due to the lack of communication and extremely slow response and turnaround time from the loan processor....

Excellent communication, transparency throughout the process, always available to answer question in a timeline manner and show’s genuine concern for providing the best value for his customers.
