Thank you for always getting any requested paperwork in quickly. I was so happy to assist the two of you with your first home and the assistance with the free grant money was huge savings.

Communication sucks. No updates on anything at all. Hard to reach people sometimes especially at crucial times. Wouldn't respond to emails promptly, communication is terrible. Never had a right CD or estimated closing cost. Was told I was going...
