Kevin is so helpful and friendly. He knows his stuff. He is very good at what he does. We felt like we were in good hands. We will be recommending him to others for sure.

Always on the ball, was very efficient when getting the documents from the borrower. Went above and beyond to assist the borrower with paperwork as they were not technology savvy.

Any of my complaints are not with Logan, his staff but rather the lender. Logan and the staff navigated as best as possible through difficult waters. I think with a different lender the process would have been extremely easy and painless. I...

Your loan officers and processors and whoever is involved in a purchase transaction need to have full knowledge on county specific recording guidelines in order to schedule signing and funding accordingly, otherwise you shouldn't do business...
