Everyone was very supportive and friendly. Christine was always available to answer questions and concerns. She always had a positive attitude.

We didn't think that we would be able to refinance based on a recent Credit Union trying, but Nancy was able to explain how the FHA works and we were able to refinance. It was a fast and smooth experience!

Thanks for all your help. You were awesome.

It’s hard to put into words how truly grateful I am to have had Justin has my lender as a first time home buyer. He was always there to answer my obnoxious questions and made me at ease w the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone....

Nancy was very helpful and friendly throughout the highole process of my refinancing experience.

Its been many years since I have been in escrow. I had forgotten how much paper work there is imvolved in this type of transaction. Christine and her team were efficient and very organized making my experience much smoother then what it could...

Too long to close. She does not comply processed. She locks interest rate at her convenience with out buyer approval. If it wasn't for our knowledgeable agent's help and advice we never would have closed escrow.

Overall, our lender got the job done and that's definitely important. However, the lack of time management, organization and professionalism is highly recognizable. We started good, but things kind of got off track a few weeks in. Miscommunication...
