Nancy was wonderful and responsive however the overall process took 5 months. There were urgent last minute document requests from the underwriter? that could have been avoided.

Slow start, some due to my not understanding what or how to upload. The entire process is electronic. Mr. Fiddler was helpful and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend to my daughter.
