Nancy is the best. I’ve never had someone make refinancing so easy. She was there every step of the way. I’m a little technically challenged and Nancy walked me every step. Any questions I had she was quick to respond.
Updates and communications were great also the knowledge and process.However the paperwork seems to be excessive.
