Very pleasant and helpful when I called with questions or to discuss uncertainty about completing documents that Iwas unsure about. The whole process went quite smoothly but I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the process...

She explain each step in depth. She provided constant updates. I felt that I didn’t have many questions because she was great at explaining things to me. Everything went smoothly and quick! I will be recommending her to family and friends!

Love the team and everyone does their part! Super happy with the they way all took care of me. I could call at anytime and someone had an answer.... Thank you all so very much!

Quick and easy and completely through online or email.

Your portal is not user friendly. I would have preferred using ONLY the portal to submit documents. After some time, I started to receive EMAILS with requests for additional information, and to reply back using the email. I was extremely leery...
