Nancy was always prompt in answering any questions I had through my refinancing process. Kept my updated on a weekly basis as to where my loan was in the process.

Patrick was great at explaining the process to us and guided us every step of the way.

I have completed 3 original home loans with Patrick and a few re-fi's. He has always been a pleasure to work with. Patrick provides continuous communication during the process and is always available if I have questions.
