She made the refi go thru a smooth process very professional. I'm gonna do another refi with her later on this year. Im gonna recommend her to family and friends.

Patrick was very responsive. His communication with us was excellent and extremely timely. When we had questions, he had answers.

Communication was great with Anton the loan officer and the processor Eric as well. I like that they always answered my calls and were upfront with everything.

Cassandra was very responsive even after normal business hours. She made herself available by phone, email and would return calls quickly.

Communication is key when dealing with any transactions such as these and she was awesome! She always kept me informed and that allowed me to feel comfortable in all my decisions.

Amir made this process as easy as possibly constantly reassuring us it was all good even dealing with breakdowns Amir hands down was the best

Tracy had to do a lot of collecting some documents from the buyers as they do not own computers or do much of anything electronically. She was able to get everthing together and get the buyers into their new home!
