A simple process from A-Z. The original time line didn't quite pan out, but still, very easy process for us.

The entire process, from when we inquired about refinancing our home to the actual signing of documents, took four months. Way too long. I understand that almost all of this was out of David's hands, but communication is a wonderful thing....

The last time I closed on a mortgage, we used DOCUSIGN to include the notary. NO ONE came to my house and it went smooth and easy. I asked to do the same thing this time around and was all but ignored. I WILL NEVER do this again

Covid delayed the process but David kept incontact with continual ipdates.

unfortunately it was due to the time delay. Which i was told wasnt in your control. That played a big deal in this transaction.
Lack of communication. And when there was communication it wasn't thorough. More frequent and more complete explanations would have been appreciated.
