Over 3 months to process a no cash out no appraisal refi with an existing customer! Ramona Ross took over processing the loan and was able to get it to closing. Unfortunately Radiant Title made the closing process a nightmare. Never answered...

Great overall staff support and customer service, the ease of and total experience of completing the process.
Turner was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The process was not as smooth as it should have been due to other individuals and their roles in the refinance. Turner was able to hold it all together and make it happen though.

Communication was minimal and there was a delay in processing causing the close date to be 30 days later than originally proposed.
