The process was all done through emails and electronic doc signing. To finalize the loan a notary came to our home to sign the final loan documents at our convenience. Shane was always easy to notify and responded right away.

It took several months to close the refinance. I had to contact the loan originator a few times to find out the status. A more consistent weekly or by weekly updates on the status of the loan would have been nice.

David was excellent at explaining all my options and objectively stating all my pros and cons. He also got with me for in a timely manner with answers to all my questions.
