Shane was very receptive to any question no matter the time of day, quickly responds to all emails and calls within a few hours!
Just more consistency with the numbers, when a number is discussed at the start of the process it shouldn't change. other than that it was a relatively painless experience and I appreciate Turner helping me out.

Better communication with processing. Nobody wants surprises when refinancing. The only reason we were able to make this happen was with a complaint to upper management. Definitely not Rodrick’s fault
