I rate this as a 1 only because there is no zero or negatives. I had a loan with Planet. There was no escrow account because I paid Insurance and taxes. They started an escrow acct. anyway. I supplied proof of payment and they removed the escrow....

Good customer service, nice people, but their website is not user friendly for managing your mortgage or making payments.
