Russ Iona is the best in town. We got 3 houses through him. Best of the best.
Our experience was wonderful except for some IT (Loan Butler) issues that took a few days to resolve. This is no reflection on Russ or Lorel, who were attentive, helpful, easy to work, and worked diligently to get the problem resolved.
Both my wife and I greatly appreciated your time and effort to help us through the process. Your experience, efficiency, and professional demeanor were all consistently top notch. Thank you for everything
