You and your team made the process bearable. So much of the processing is behind the scenes and I felt included all the way through because of the easy access to your staff. Great crew -thanks to all.
I love working with Richard he kept me informed every step of the way via phone email and text which was perfect. If anytime in the future I need to obtain another mortgage or refinance I will choose Richard and Guild Mortgage.
