Kari wa quick to communicate. The only issues that negatively impacted my experience were out of her control. Namely, the amount of time it took for underwriting.
Kari and her team helped me along the way and kept me informed of everything.. Kari answered any questions that I had and made it simple for me.
Everyone very helpful and efficient. Office personnel very friendly. Loan was completed sooner then I expectedwhat a pleasant surprise.

Kari helped us through the process. It got a little crazy at the end, I think because of being self employed and Covid, but we got it finished just before the interest rate lock expired.
Seemed like there was a lot of last-minute emergency stuff getting done. Information that had not changed, but needed to be confirmed again, just a few days after last confirmation.
