Highly recommend Dan for his work helping us navigating through complex mortgage process. This process is more difficult than it used to be. It worked.

I've used Diversified Capital twice now and had a great experience both times. Dan and team were very easy to work with and I feel very satisfied with the end result.

It is easy to get a loan if you fall into a classical model. Unfortunately we did not. Dan knows how to do this and he went the extra mile to get the job done. I don't think we could have done it without him. I highly recommend him.
