    Niki did a fantastic job walking us through our refinance process. Her and her team were very patient with all of our questions, they clearly communicated with us through each step, and they made sure everything went smoothly.

    Didn't close when I was originally told we would. This caused extra phone calls and work on my end. However, I've been through the refinance process numerous times with Niki and this is the only hiccup I've ever experienced. Mistakes happen...
