Melissa was great, but other parts of Mann mortgage disorganized and unresponsive. Melissa had to intervene repeatedly to do other people's jobs.
Bernie was excellent to work with. Very responsive and clear communicator. Trustworthy as well.
Excellent contact, always on top of every step along the way. Great customer service and very knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages.Recommend Mann mortgage for anyone interested moving to the Columbia River Gorge!

Melissa, my loan officer was very pleasant and responsive, but there were many things that weren't discussed with me along the way. In the end the underwriter made "executive decisions" and didn't bother to tell Melissa, so when time for signing...
