Communicate with the realtors & title company. Work more closely with the buyer to prepare him for funds needed at the last minute. Requiring $2500 in savings at 2:45pm on a Friday afternoon with a Monday morning closing is not OK.

Better communication. Realtor and title company were not kept up to date relying on me to convey loan status. Communication with underwriter and understanding of the process seemed mismatched. Giving me 30 business minutes to find thousands...

Steve was awesome to work with. He was always on top of answering any questions that I had during the entire process.
