Great communication, explain things throughly
Always there to explain or fill out information on any questions I had. Very efficient on getting all the paperwork, emails I needed to sign.

The loan we were able to get was great! The best we found. Carlos was great initially and Marie was very helpful through the process. Especially on our closing day when we had problems.

Marie was awesome!!! Super friendly and thorough, answered every question we had throughout the loan process and made us feel very confident and comfortable with our decision to refinance our home loan.
