Ease of signing
Doesn’t communicate well with clients. We had questions and received no answers or help.
My loan options weren’t easy and Kevin worked very hard to get me the right loan in order to do the things I needed to do with my refinance. I wanted to give up multiple times but Kevin never did and I’m so very thankful for his persistence....
