More communication at the end of closing regarding timelines - overall good experience
Matt Browns group appears to get their work done and and came to me personally to help with paperwork that i think may have been mine to do. He was straight forward and informative about the process.
I don't have anyone at the moment to send your way but I will in the future when I can. It was a smooth transaction, buyer was organized so between Matt and buyer it was great. Wish all my transactions were this smooth.
