Ryan really took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. He made sure that we understood every step of the process, and was always available when needed. Our loan process felt so simple and stress free.
He kept me up to speed weekly on where we were in the process. In my experience I usually have to reach out to the lender to get updates. I never had to do that with Ryan. I really appreciated the communication and smooth transaction.
