It was great. Would have liked to hear from Giuseppe more than just 1 conversation though. I think the only improvement would be to send a calendar invite for the closing. Just a great way to have it in our phone and electronic calendar.

Everything went as told on interest rate, monthly payment, cash out, and total closing costs. I felt safe about doing this from start to finish. Oh yes, the closing date got moved up 3 days earlier, which was very helpful.
