Everyone everyone took their time to go into detail and explain the process.
Little interaction with Jennifer, strategies changed on the loan without communication unless we reached out questioning items, having to go over things several times... it was clear that the team didn't communicate well.

Jennifer Sheil and team are the best in the business in my opinion. they communicate regularly and stay on top of your loan process. They are always willing to answer any questions and guide you.
It was a easy process and live people answered the phone and answered all my questions. Very professional organization.
