The process was very streamlined and the team was very responsive. During the closing process some issues came up and they were able to resolve them quickly and close on the property in the same time frame.
More communication.....a lot of small things that could of been completed sooner but was not informed about them always until the last minute...which as a driver out of town a lot made it quite burdensome for me to try and get things done from...
