Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When asked he ALMOST always had the answer for me and when he didn't, he ALWAYS responded with the information needed.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended

He was on top of the file and kept the client moving smoothly through a closing.
