Samantha's knowledge of the tasks at hand and attention to detail while assuring clients' comprehension, made it an enjoyable and professional experience.
I thot Finance of America (FoA) did a poor job while Samantha did a great job.
FoA fell short on at least three occasions. 500 characters won't describe the screw ups.
