As a realtor I have to be very careful who I refer people to. With Samantha and her team I never have a concern. Full disclosure she is the only mortgage person I use because of the level of service they provide

Could not have gotten thru this w/o Samantha. She introduced us to the 2/1 buydown. She had to educate our realtor/ seller relator / title company on multiple things
