Carlos Carter was absolutely wonderful! He was patient, personable, and understanding through our refinance process. I highly recommend 1sy Family Mortgage and Carlos Carter.

Had a horrible time with this company it took three times for closing never calling ahead for information and material needed waiting till last minute and then it was late at that also I contacted the company by phone three times never returning...
