There was little to no communication. The process took way too long. There were a few things I needed out of this refinance and only got 1. Without Holly this would’ve a terrible experience. If Holly didn’t come aboard I would’ve taken my business...

The process took a little longer than I hoped but Diane helped us every step of the way. We just closed Tuesday and I could not be happier.
