Easy no stress

Jim always answered the phone and answered every question and concern we ever had. The entire experience was extremely positive and seamless and I never had to worry once that everything was being taken care of and on time. He was also on top...

We experience a lot of frustration with closing documents not being correct and lack of communication regarding the documents. It delayed our closing.

The process took longer than expected. We had. 45 day close and we ended up having to push the closing by 5 or so days to the right. Not sure if that had anything to do with Jim or Churchill or not. The day before closing it took a phone call...
