People working to help us when problems would come up.

Doug was an excellent teacher and guide through the process of buying our first home. He was available and responsive whenever we had questions. I feel like he genuinely cared about helping us through this process.

The initial interest rate quoted of 3.5% and a max of 4.0% was off by a sizable margin from what the final interest rate at closing... we feel it was close to a bait and switch... honesty at the beginning would have been appreciated...

Jim and his team are very friendly and helpful along with be available almost anytime too.

Your team’s constant communication about what was needed. I also really appreciated the ease of using the online system for signatures. You made this process quick and painless.
